Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to MineAssist. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.

 

2. Use of the App

a. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our app. By using our app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

b. Account Registration
To access certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up-to-date.

 

3. User-Generated Content

a. Sharing Content
Our app allows you to share tips, tricks, and game screenshots with other users. By sharing content, you grant MineAssist a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the app and MineAssist's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the app (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

b. Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the content you share. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to share the content and that your content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, or any laws or regulations.

 

 

4. In-Game Data

MineAssist does not own the rights to any in-game data or content from the games referenced in our app. All in-game data and content are the property of their respective owners. Our app is intended to provide tips and tricks for games, and any use of in-game data is for informational purposes only. We do not claim any rights to such data and content.

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
     

  • Posting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
     

  • Violating or infringing upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties
     

  • Using the app to distribute spam, viruses, or other harmful software
     

  • Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the app
     

 

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MineAssist makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the app, including but not limited to the operation of the app, the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the app, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MineAssist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(i) your use of or inability to use the app;
(ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app;
(iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party; or
(v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the app after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Subscription Model and In-App Purchases

MineAssist offers access to premium features through a subscription model available via in-app purchases using Apple Pay. These premium features include:

  • Generate and save unlimited maps
     

  • Add unlimited locations and photos
     

  • Socialize with your favorite gamers
     

  • Easily teleport to different locations in your maps
     

To access these features, you must purchase a subscription within the app. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of the purchase.

Please note:

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
     

  • You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple Account Settings.
     

  • All payment processing is handled through Apple. MineAssist does not store or manage any payment information directly.
     

By subscribing, you agree to Apple’s in-app purchase policies and MineAssist’s feature access conditions.
